Consultations Form Part Of Service Delivery
Consultations form part of our service delivery process and allow us to understand your needs, define the scope of work, and provide accurate guidance before commencing a project.
- Consultation terms, including duration and scope, will be set out in your Service Agreement.
- Consultations may take place in person, telephonically, or via online meeting tools as agreed between both parties.
- Information shared during consultations is treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Service & Product
Delivery
1 Physical Products
Orders are processed and delivered within the timeframes set out in your Delivery Contract, subject to product availability and receipt of payment.
- All orders are dispatched via courier. Alternative delivery or collection arrangements may be made on request where feasible.
- Delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control once a product has left our premises. If a delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate and assist where possible.
- Delivery is considered complete when any person at the specified delivery address signs for the package. Please ensure you or a trusted person is available at the designated address.
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address.
2 Web and Digital Services
Web and digital service orders are processed and delivered within the timeframes set out in your Service Agreement, which includes an initial consultation and discussion period.
- Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope of work and may be adjusted where the scope changes or where delays arise from delayed client feedback or materials.
- Full details of deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria will be set out in your Service Agreement.
3 Writing Services
Writing service orders are processed and delivered within the timeframes set out in your Service Agreement, based on the agreed volume of work.
- If you provide audio files for transcription, please ensure they are clearly audible. Transcription services are available where required, as set out in your Service Agreement.
Collaboration
Tools
Smooth Collaborative Experience
To ensure a smooth and collaborative experience, we may use a range of third-party tools during the course of your project.
Where you are unfamiliar with any of these tools, we are happy to provide reasonable guidance and support, as detailed in your Service Agreement.
The tools relevant to your engagement may include:
- Collaboration Tools: for coordinating work, sharing files, and communicating throughout your project.
- Writing Tools: for drafting, editing, formatting, and reviewing written content.
- Versioning Tools: such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket, used to track changes, manage revisions, and maintain a clear history of work. For larger projects, the use of versioning tools may be required as set out in your Service Agreement.
- Meeting Tools: online meeting and video conferencing platforms used for consultations, progress updates, and collaborative sessions.
You are expected to have or be willing to acquire a working knowledge of the tools relevant to your engagement. Where you are unfamiliar with or unwilling to use the required tools, alternative arrangements may be made as detailed in your Service Agreement.
Payment

Payment Methods And Schedules
- Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be set out in your Service Agreement or at checkout for product purchases.
- Where full or partial payment is required before work commences, work will only begin once the agreed payment has been received.
- All applicable payment methods will be presented at checkout or detailed in your contract.
Cancellations
Returns
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refunds Policy and the specific terms set out in your Service Agreement or Delivery Contract. We encourage you to review these documents before placing an order or engaging our services.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act remain unaffected.

All timeframes referenced in our agreements are calculated based on working days.
We are closed during all South African and International Public Holidays.
Resolution

Both Parties Share The Responsibility
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
A senior team member will review your case and respond within five working days.
If the matter remains unresolved, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
