Our Trading Hours below reflect our standard operating times, based in South African Standard Time (SAST / GMT+2).
We know that great work isn’t bound by borders, and we’re proud to serve clients both locally and internationally.
That’s why, while these are our regular hours, we’re always open to discussing arrangements that work across different time zones to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for every client, no matter where you are in the world.

Please take note of these times when placing orders, requesting services, or expecting responses to your enquiries, as all processing and delivery timeframes are calculated based on working days only.
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed

Holidays
South African And International Public Holidays
Please note that we are closed during all South African and international public holidays.
Any orders or enquiries received during these periods will be attended to on the next available working day.
What This Means for You
- Orders and enquiries received outside of trading hours will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery and service timeframes are calculated using working days only. Weekends and Public Holidays are not counted.
- Cut-off times apply to same-day processing. Orders placed close to closing time (3:00 PM) may only be processed the following working day.
- Responses to emails, contact forms, and messages are handled during trading hours.
We aim to respond within 24 hours during the working week.
