How Does Your Stock System Work?
You may order as many units as you like as long as they are in stock.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will let you know timeously.
How Do I Place My Order?
- Find the products or services that you would like to order by browsing the categories.
- When you find a product or service that you need, add it to your shopping bag by clicking its ‘Add to Cart’ button. Note that some products come in different variations, so make sure you select the correct option when making a purchase.
- When you have chosen all the products that you would like to buy, place your order.
- You can either create an account and register, so that you can benefit for future rewards, or you can just checkout.
- You will then be asked to choose your payment method – you can pay by FNB eWallet (if your payment is less than R3000), credit card, EFT or by a bank deposit.
What Are My Payment Options?
You can pay via Payfast, Direct Bank Transfer & FNB eWallet Payments. All the applicable payment methods will be presented at checkout.
I made a mistake in my order, can I fix it?
Yes. Please do so within an hour of making your order, especially if it is personal details and delivery details.
